Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Pineapple Parrot, we want you to be delighted with your purchase, and we undertake thorough quality control checks to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns or exchanges in accordance with the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To begin a return or exchange, please contact us by email at hello@pineappleparrot.uk. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for rejecting the item, plus whether you would like a return or an exchange, and we'll provide you with the next steps.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition as received.
- Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging to help protect them during transit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if a returned item has been damaged, altered, or shows signs of use beyond what would reasonably be expected for inspection.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or sent in error, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
For your own protection, we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using:
- A tracked delivery service.
- A service that requires a signature on delivery.
- Appropriate postal insurance to cover the full value of the item.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges for items that are lost in transit and do not reach us. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that returned items arrive safely.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you that it has been processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several working days for your payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it so that we can confirm availability and reserve a replacement where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pineappleparrot.uk, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include photographs of the item and its packaging where possible. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
